What time zone is Puerto Rico in?

Puerto Rico is in the Atlantic Time Zone, which is an hour east of the Eastern Time Zone. In the winter, the clocks in Puerto Rico are 4 hours later than in San Francisc (which is in the Pacific Time Zone). But in the summer, when the LAUMC group is going to be in Puerto Rico, it's only 3 hours ahead because Puerto Rico does NOT go on Daylight Savings Time.
